Halifax Backs Cape Verde Investment

July 6th, 2009 by Horizon News

As posted on the Halifax International Website, there are many advantages to buying property in Cape Verde as some international property investors are discovering.

Because of the incredible characteristics of clear blue waters, golden beaches and reliably fine weather, David Endersey, of Cape Verde Property, said that cleints are “confident about it being a great place to invest”.

Benefits from being relatively underdeveloped means that “very reasonable” prices can be found, it boasts the same weather as the Caribbean, but is only a five and a half hour flight away from the UK.

As Unesco tries to get recognition for Santiago as a world heritage site could also give the local property and tourism markets a boost if successful.

His organisation was first from the UK to begin specialising in Cape Verde property and he noted that now is a “great time to buy” because many developers are looking to sell their units as quickly as possible.
