Safe Investment In Cape Verde

The Government of Cape Verde has commissioned an initiative, Cabo Verde Iniviativ SA (CVI) to protect overseas property investors who have bought property on the Islands. The Government hopes to avoid mistakes made in other property hot-spots around the world.
They hope that this move will ensure further growth within the tourism sector.
Any companies within the CVI umbrella will have to follow a strict code of conduct, removing any risks in dealing with unreliable suppliers.
CVI work closely with the travel industry in Europe and are putting the finishing touches to new tour operation aimed at making Cape Verde Islands a number one tourist destination, really good news for investors.
