The Vila Verde Resort, due for completion in mid 2009, takes full advantage of all the beauty that the island of Sal, Cape Verde, has to offer.

The apartments will be 1, 2 and 3 bed, each with their own balconies and terraces, 3 and 4 bed villas with private pools and 2 and 3 bed townhouses with private pools

The hotel plot is next to the dunes and close to the beach. The resort will have parking places on the villa and townhouse plots, together with a large number along the roads and alongside the pedestrian boulevard. The resort will also have a supermarket, tennis courts and beautiful botanical gardens.
Vila Verde resort and property units will be managed by a property management company, which will take care of all components of the resort and, within the terms agreed with each owner, will manage the rental plan.
